Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, knickers and briefs cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal has been removed or broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at returns@soberana.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at care@soberana.co.uk. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
