We aim to deliver your order as swiftly as possible. Please see our delivery options below.

UK Delivery

International Delivery (EU)

We ship to selected European Union countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customers outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (GMT) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care@soberana.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
